The Kingdom of Caid consists of most of Southern California, the greater Las Vegas area, and Hawaii. The kingdom was named from her four major Baronies: Calafia, Angels, Isles and Drieburgen. The name is Arabic, and means "fortress." Caid became a Principality of the West around 1976 C.E. and in 1978 became her own Kingdom.

2008-10-14 [ellyn002]: Sadly, both Edric and Faizeh have passed on. Our current monarchs are Edward the Sinister and the beautiful lady Mora. Their health is becoming a bit worrisome of late and we continually pray They will get better soon. They have been blessed with heirs, Sven and Kolfinna, however, so the succession is no longer in jeopardy.
